Dr. Mendenhall is one of the founders of IBSS helping launch the company in 1990. Before joining IBSS, he was a computer systems consultant for a number of large manufacturing companies (Dana Corporation, Beatrice Foods - Eckrich Meats, LaChoy Foods, Ford, Weatherhead Corp., Zimmer Manufacturing, Mack Trucks, etc.). Dr. Mendenhall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Manchester College and a Masters degree and Ph.D. in Economics from Indiana University. He has taught economics and conducted academic research at Indiana Institute of Technology. He has written numerous articles on research and evaluation and contributed his expertise to many articles in publications such as Computerworld and Industry Week.

Stuart Massey is one of the founders of IBSS, and is responsible for the architecture of Synapse; the company's core technology. Before joining IBSS, Mr. Massey managed the creation of automation systems for inter-bank financial transactions, point-of-sale systems and financial processing software for companies and government entities in the US and abroad. He also has extensive experience in the design of automated computer control systems for industrial and commercial applications as diverse as airport runway lighting control, machine control and inventory control. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Massey is primarily responsible for management of the development and strategic direction of IBSS' Synapse technology. Mr. Massey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Don Futch joined IBSS in January 1998. As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Futch is responsible for corporate strategic relationships and indirect distribution channels. Mr. Futch has over 20 years of marketing and technical management experience in the computer technology industry. Prior to joining IBSS, Mr. Futch was employed with AT&T as a regional data specialist and data sales executive. He has extensive experience in product development in the transaction processing industry and holds a patent in transaction processing for telecommunications based home banking. Mr. Futch has a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing Research from the University of South Carolina.
